After Hours Repairs & Contacts for Tenants

During business hours, please contact the GMPI office immediately on 03 8797 5100 or 0434 189 694 if urgent repairs are needed.

If an URGENT repair is required OUTSIDE of Business Hours, tenants are permitted to contact a tradesperson to attend to the issue. Please discuss with your Property Manager first.

Note : Please be aware that if it is NOT an urgent repair and a tradesperson is called out, you may be liable for the bill.

URGENT REPAIRS:
  • a failure or breakdown of any essential service
  • a burst water pipe or blocked water pipe.
  • a blocked or broken toilet system
  • a serious roof leaks
  • a gas leak from Air Conditioner
  • a dangerous electrical fault
  • flooding or serious flood damage
  • serious storm or fire damage
  • a failure or breakdown of any essential service
  • any fault or damage in the premises that makes the premises unsafe or insecure
  • an appliance, fitting or fixture that is not working properly and causes a substantial amount of water to be wasted.
